Horror moment two tourists are killed in Bali’s Monkey Forest by a falling tree
Two visitors were reportedly killed when a large tree fell on them at a popular tourist destination in Bali.
The horrific incident happened at around noon local time on Tuesday at Ubud’s Monkey Forest Reserve.
CCTV footage showed terrified tourists running for their lives as the large tree toppled due to high winds and heavy rain.
Young families with strollers were among those fleeing the scene.
Another clip from the aftermath shows the path completely covered in rubble, while a third showed an injured victim receiving treatment.
The two foreigners who died are said to be from France and South Korea.

The area was quickly evacuated and has been closed ever since.
A traditional cleansing ceremony will take place at an appropriate later time.
