A man has been killed after being found wedged between machinery in Sydney Friday morning.

Emergency crews were called to the scene at Badgerys Creek in western Sydney where the man in his 30s was found.

SafeWork NSW is investigating the incident.

A statement said: ‘At approximately 6.10am (Friday 10th February 2023), emergency services were called to a workplace on Elizabeth Drive in Badgerys Creek, after colleagues reported the body of a man had been located. He has not yet been formally identified.

‘Nepean officers established a crime scene and began investigations into the incident.

‘Safe Work NSW has been notified. Initial investigations suggest the man’s death is not suspicious.
