While Nick Carter, Howie Dorough, AJ McLean and cousins ​​Brian Littrell and Kevin Richardson reunited again last year for a Backstreet Boys tour.

Crossover talks have been on the cards for nearly three decades, with the two groups often hinting at it but never taking the plunge.

Talking with buzz, AJ explained, ‘We’ve been really close friends with most of the girls. And in that period of time [90s]we were both on top of the world.
