Bachelorette winner Taite Radley looks unrecognisable following six-week body transformation

Taite Radley showed off the results of a six-week body transformation program last week, just months after his ex Ali Oetjen came out with a handsome new man.

The Bachelorette winner, 32, who split from his former partner in 2020 after meeting on the matchmaking show in 2018, shared the fruits of his hard work on Instagram.

Wearing a leg brace for a knee injury in his previous photo, Taite looked well-defined, but unhappy with his former appearance.

He looked a lot more cheerful in his after photo, showing off his shaved torso and new rippling muscles.

“I’m proud of this piece. I didn’t want to use excuses to get in,” he wrote in the caption.

He added, “My biggest challenge was the obvious knee, but I wanted to use it as a weight on my shoulders to push me harder.

“And more importantly to be a leader who leads by example. Remember that we get better over time. Can’t wait to do all this again soon.”

It comes just months after his ex Ali, 37, officially went on Instagram with her new Tarzan lookalike beau Mitch Adams.

The Bachelorette star, who had been dating her mystery man months before their announcement, revealed his identity on Christmas Day.

In a romantic post, the lovelorn couple was pictured cuddling in front of a Christmas tree, as Ali wrote, “Sending you all so much love and connection.”

Ali and Taite split in July 2020 after she chose him from a pool of 18 men during her season of The Bachelorette.

He quickly moved on to gym owner Chelsea French and debuted his relationship with her in June of the following year before they moved in November.
