Bachelorette star Ali Oetjen shows off boob job scar as she has a wardrobe malfunction in a tiny bikini while frolicking on the beach in Noosa with her longtime partner Mitch Adams

Bachelor star Ali Oetjen suffered a wardrobe malfunction on Sunday while on a romantic beach date in Noosa with her partner Mitch Adams.

The former reality TV star, 38, showed off the scars from her breast surgery as she frolicked in the sand and almost lost her tiny bikini top.

Dressed in a blue and white checked swimsuit, the blonde beauty was all smiles as her handsome boyfriend of two years chased her through the shallow water.

Ali’s bikini top showed off her very toned abs and barely clung to her chest as she sprinted away from her cheerful love.

The skimpy top showed off the underside of her breasts, where a darker line appeared to reveal where Ali’s implants were removed in 2019.

Ali let her golden locks flow freely in the wind as she lingered on the shoreline and enjoyed the cool water around her ankles.

Soaking up some much-needed winter sun, she accessorized with just a simple necklace and ring as she showed off her sternum tattoo.

Meanwhile, partner Mitch wasn’t shy about getting his dark locks wet as he took a dip underwater in his black swimming trunks.

Ali’s handsome boyfriend, whose identity she finally revealed over Christmas 2022, was at one point leaned in to kiss her passionately.

Ali underwent breast explant surgery in 2019 to reduce the size of the G-cup implants she received years earlier.

Two years after having them reduced, Ali revealed she ‘hated’ her implants for years before having them removed.

“They were huge and I hated them,” she told body+soul in 2021, adding that she experienced both health issues and social stigma with them.

“I definitely wouldn’t recommend breast implants to anyone,” she said.

‘Mine impacted my back and abdominal muscles, and to this day I still feel weak because of the way I stood to hide them.’

She had her G-cup implants replaced with smaller ones on the advice of her surgeon, who said she risked developing sagging skin if she returned to her natural size.
