Vet Bachelor Ali Fedotowsky-Manno comforts her daughter Molly, six, in hospital before undergoing surgery for a traumatic broken arm
Ali Fedotowsky-Manno delved into the fears and anxieties no parent wants to experience on Tuesday after her daughter Molly suffered a badly broken arm.
The 38-year-old Bachelorette star revealed on Instagram that the six-year-old would require surgery for the traumatic injury, which happened in an accidental fall on a playground.
She shared the news via a photo of her cuddling with her daughter in her hospital bed prior to surgery.
Despite the painful accident, Molly looked bouncy and was even able to flash a sweet smile for the camera.
“My sweet girl is still smiling after so much pain,” Ali began her caption.

Ouch! Ali shared that her daughter would need surgery for the broken arm after falling off a playground climbing frame
“Molly and I are spending the night in the hospital tonight. I am truly in shock and can’t even process the fact that she broke her arm so badly,” she wrote. “One minute she was giggling and playing in the playground and the next she was falling off the jungle gym and screaming in pain.”
“She will have surgery first thing tomorrow morning,” the reality star continued. Send her healing vibes and love. It’s been a very tough week. I’m just so grateful to hold her in my arms tonight ❤️.”
In the photo, Ali was wearing a white T-shirt that read “Be A Nice Human” in red blocks, which she had seen in advertisements posted on her Instagram Stories before the playground incident.
Her platinum-dyed hair was parted in the middle and she wore her glasses as she relaxed with Molly, who wore a blue shirt.
A follow-up photo showed Molly playfully sticking out her tongue while sitting in a wheelchair and covering herself with a blanket.
Later, Molly shared a text update on her Insta Stories.
“I’ve been in the ER with Molly for the past few hours. My poor sweet girl has had such a rough month. I am so mad at her,” she wrote.
The influencer also asked her fans to send “positive healing vibes” for her daughter.
“She’s fine, but she broke her arm pretty badly and we have to spend the night in the hospital,” she added.
Ali shared another close-up of Molly’s arm holding her hand in another pre-op update.
“Molly just had surgery,” she told her followers. “I know she’s going to be well taken care of and it’s a minor procedure.”
Despite those rational thoughts, lingering fears kept the reality star on her toes.

The former newscaster also shares her four-year-old son Riley with husband Kevin Manno. The couple started dating in 2013 and got engaged two years later.
Molly came into their lives in 2016 and the couple cemented their union by tying the knot the following year, before welcoming Riley in 2018.
