Bachelor star Keira Maguire poses up a storm at swanky fashion event after admitting to assaulting a woman at a rooftop bar in Melbourne

Bachelor star Keira Maguire causes a storm at a posh fashion event after admitting to assaulting a woman at a rooftop bar in Melbourne

Former Bachelorette star Keira Maguire shrugged it off during her recent court appearance as she enjoyed a fun night out in Sydney.

The 37-year-old, who admitted assaulting a woman in a Melbourne bar last month, attended the launch of Bloom x Bianca and Bridgett’s new collection on Friday.

The reality TV star looked stylish in a mini black blazer dress as she braved a storm after arriving at the event.

Maguire curled her long brunette locks and accessorized her ensemble with a pair of white stilettos and dark sunglasses.

She wore a neutral makeup palette for the event, consisting of a nude lip, pink blush and dewy foundation.

It comes after Maguire admitted charges of recklessly causing injury during a performance in the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court via videolink last month.

In June the Herald Sun reported that the Melbourne influencer threw a drink at a customer while dining at a popular South Yarra bar.

The publication claimed Maguire was with friends in a booth at The Osborne Rooftop and Bar, where she reportedly had an altercation with a woman in an adjacent booth.

It is believed Maguire threw her drink at the woman at around 10.45pm.

Represented by former gangster lawyer Zarah Garde-Wilson, the court heard Maguire used a glass in the attack.

“The glass is not broken,” assured Mrs. Garde-Wilson.

Although Keira admitted recklessly causing injury, she insists she did not use glass during the altercation.

Outside court, Maguire told Daily Mail Australia she didn’t “glass” anyone and said: “I threw a drink at this person.”

The scratches her victim suffered came from her fingernails and not the glass, Maguire claimed.

“It is completely incorrect to suggest that I gave someone a glass… My fingernail happened to come into contact and that is how the scratch occurred,” she said.

Maguire said the guilty plea came through a deal with prosecutors that saw them dump an allegation that the glass caused her victim’s injury.

Maguire’s legal troubles followed a series of PR disasters and controversial appearances on a string of reality shows including The Bachelor in Paradise and Love Island.

The influencer rose to fame on Richie Strahan’s season of The Bachelor in 2016, before appearing on I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! and Bachelor in Paradise.

It comes after Maguire admitted via video link last month to recklessly causing injury during an appearance at the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court.
