According to the Civil Aviation Safety Authority, someone with an Air Transport Pilot License can 'pilot or co-pilot any private or commercial operation'.

'One of the worst turbulences I've ever felt. It's a short flight. It's not comfortable,” he began his video.
Despite Holly appearing frightened by the heavy turbulence, Jimmy managed to remain calm as he gave his followers tips on how to ease their fears.
He told viewers that if they ever experienced a rough flight, they should remind themselves “it's completely normal” and “the plane won't fall out of the sky.”
Jimmy also advised them to turn on the air and look out the window to remind themselves that they are safe, saying that if their drinking water isn't moving much, they have nothing to worry about.
