Bachelor Nation personality DeMario Jackson has been named in a pair of lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault, false imprisonment and intentionally inflicting emotional distress.
A few women who identified as Jane Does said in court documents filed with the Los Angeles County Superior Court, and judged by: TMZthat Jackson used his fame from the ABC shows to lure “the unsuspecting plaintiffs” into sexual situations.
One of Jackson’s accusers says she first had contact with 35-year-old Jackson in February 2018 and they had a few dates.

The woman said she allowed Jackson to stay at her house after he drank, and he was persistent in approaching her, despite telling him she had no desire to be intimate with him. The woman said she feared for her life when he held her to a theme and attacked her.
The second woman said she first crossed paths with DeMario via social media in April 2019, and he asked her on a date the following year.
Jackson told the woman he wanted the date at his apartment in an effort to avoid being recognized when they were out in public, the woman told the court.
The woman told the court that Jackson forced her into sex, which she initially agreed to, but when she told him to stop, he continued by force.
