Australia’s Pedophile Punisher: Vigilante prisoner admits to killing prisoner who kidnapped child, after violent attack on ANOTHER creep who sexually assaulted little girls: ‘Deserved it’
A pedophile-hating prisoner has admitted in a court in Perth to murdering a fellow prisoner who pleaded guilty to kidnapping a nine-year-old girl.
Evan James Martin, 43, appeared before Stirling Gardens Magistrates Court on Wednesday via video link from Casuarina Prison to enter a plea to murder charges over an alleged assault on Ashley Bropho.
Martin is currently halfway through an 11-year sentence for his involvement in a 2020 incident where he attempted to kill another prisoner convicted of pedophilia.
Bropho, 42, a stepbrother of Cleo Smith kidnapper Terence Kelly, was behind bars at Hakea Prison and was preparing to face trial on charges of indecently treating a child under 13 and encouraging a child to engage in sexual actions.
He was due to be sentenced after pleading guilty to luring a nine-year-old girl from a park near his home in Doubleview, Perth’s northern suburbs, in 2022.
Bropho had offered her a Hungry Jack’s burger before taking her back to his house, where he exposed himself to her and attempted to attack the girl. She escaped when Bropho’s caretaker arrived at the property.
Bropho was found unconscious in his Hakea cell on the morning of March 9 this year and could not be brought back to life.

Martin enthusiastically told the court that he is “deeply guilty” of murder charges.
As the magistrate, prosecution and defense discussed a sentencing date, Martin stepped in to ask “as early as possible would be good.”
Martin settled before the Supreme Court of Western Australia on September 28, saying ‘thank you, have a nice day’.
Martin has previously expressed his aversion to pedophiles.
Last November, he was convicted of stabbing a 65-year-old man jailed for the vile sexual abuse of four young girls.
The victim suffered 47 wounds across his face, neck, back, torso, forearm and a broken rib.
At the time of the attack, Martin was serving a five-year prison sentence for his involvement in armed robbery.
Martin candidly revealed to the judge that the prisoner “deserved it.”
