No dry eyes in the house when Breanna Lee took the stage of Australia’s Got Talent on Sunday evening.
The 16-year-old had a shaky start and let her nerves hit, with the judges gently encouraging her to start her song again after she faltered.
Breanna gathered all her courage and embarked on a moving rendition of the classic Cyndi Lauper hit True Colors.

The stunned judges soon realized they had a budding star on their hands and a Golden Buzzer-worthy audition.
When the teen finished her song, the audience chanted ‘Golden Buzzer! Golden buzzer!’
Judge David Walliams heeded their call, pressed the button and left Breanna shocked and in tears as golden confetti rained down.

Thanks to the Golden Buzzer, Breanna goes straight to the next round of the competition with an accelerated place in the semi-finals.
“It couldn’t have gone better, that’s all I can say. It was perfect,” David said.
“You are so brave, it was such a beautiful achievement. I was so impressed with the way you got back on that horse, it was unbelievable.’

Breanna, a Melbourne schoolgirl, paid tribute to her native heritage and sang part of the song in her native language, something she was encouraged by her foster family.
She has big dreams of releasing her own album and is a fan of pop superstars Beyonce, Alicia Keys and Adele.
Part of her inspiration is to show other First Nation children and teens in foster care that they can make their dreams come true.
