Bachelor Girl captured the hearts of Australian music fans in 1998 with their debut single, Buses and Trains, which went double platinum.

And now the group, made up of Tania Doko and James Roche, is ready to return.

Doko shared the news on Instagram on Thursday, when she ventured to the Gold Coast for press engagements to promote the single.

‘Bachies… big day tomorrow! ‘Calling Out Your Name’ will be released to the world,’ he wrote on the social media platform.

In the clip, she told fans that she was excited to share the new music after an extended break from the industry.

The group’s long-awaited musical comeback follows a hiatus in the industry.

2023 marks the 25th anniversary of their debut album, Waiting For The Day.

The duo have several live performances scheduled to coincide with its release.

They’ve been locked in as the support act for Darren Hayes’ Do You Remember Tour across the country.

The tour will visit Melbourne on February 4; Sydney on February 7; Newcastle on February 8 and Brisbane on February 11.

They are also set to perform their own concerts at Burleigh Town Hotel in Queensland on February 10 and Kings Beach Tavern in Queensland on February 12.
