When it comes to cooking, Georga says her go-to is a coconut red lentil soup, while her non-negotiable groceries include a slew of fruits, veggies, proteins, and fats to make sure her fridge is stocked to support her body. support all week.
When it comes to snacks, she can’t go wrong with fruit in combination with nut butter or yogurt.
However, she will never eat oysters because she has never been a fan.
“Even though I know how good they are for us, I just can’t bring myself to do it,” she said.
