Australian man vanishes without a trace while on a walk with his dog in Victoria

An Australian man has disappeared without a trace while walking his dog in Victoria.

Francis, who also goes by the name Frank, was last seen walking his black kelpie cross-border collie on Lock Rd, in St Arnaud, at around 7.30am on Wednesday.

Police said his disappearance is “out of character” and they are concerned for his well-being.

Francis is Caucasian, 180 cm tall and has green eyes, short gray hair and a sturdy build.

He is known to roam the Center Rd and Reservoir Rd areas.
