“Now I can eat the same meals, feel full, and not bloat so much.
“For reference, I still eat a lot,” she added.
‘Hamburgers! Tacos! Chicken! Fish! Salads! Noodles! Pasta! Indonesian! You name it!
“I just cut out the processed sugar and worked on my anxiety from overeating.
‘Will I eat sugary snacks again? UMM JACK! But I just wanted to get myself on track and experiment with what might help me,” she continued in the Instagram message.

In January, the 33-year-old founder of Moana bikini revealed that she restricted her diet and exercised obsessively when she was younger because she felt pressure to be thin.
She shared her experience in a candid Instagram story, posting a throwback photo of herself in her teens looking extremely slim.
While Irby stressed that she “had no disorder,” she said her relationship with food and exercise was unhealthy at the time, and that her desire to stay thin was motivated by a twisted belief that it was the only way to be popular .
“I didn’t have a disorder,” she began, “but I did deliberately eat less and do non-stop cardio.”
Irby said she blames “the media” of the time for “brainwashing” her into “thinking you were only beautiful when you were thin.” You would only have friends or a boyfriend if you were thin.’
She added, “It was so toxic and extremely unhealthy, both mentally and physically.
“But I am grateful for my experiences, because now I get to share body love with you. Be the change you want to see.”
