American pop star Meghan Trainor could not contain her joy on Sunday when she confessed that her one-year-old son Riley had spoken his first word in Australia.
Meghan, 28, recently spent time Down Under to film her role as a judge on the upcoming Australian Idol reboot.
“She was silent, but then we went to Australia and she said mom,” Meghan proudly admitted on The Project.

She then said that she and her husband, Daryl Sabara, were working hard to give Riley some brothers and sisters to play with.
“I made a baby and I want to have three more,” she said.
The Lips Are Movin’ hitmaker confessed she’s never been happier because “my family is healthy and great.”
Meghan recently spent time Down Under to film her role as a judge on the upcoming Australian Idol reboot and has admitted that Riley has started speaking out in Australia.
It comes after Meghan revealed that she is trying to get pregnant with twins and could conceive them Down Under.
The Massachusetts-born pop star said she wants to have a big family with her husband Daryl Sabara.
I’m betting on twins, I want a farm. We are in Australia and I am trying to get pregnant at the same time,” she said at Nova’s Smallzy’s Surgery.

The mother-of-one said she hopes it won’t be long until her fans notice a baby bump.
“Hopefully, in the second half of the trip, you’ll see a tummy,” Meghan said.
The singer added that she has been so focused on conceiving that she turned down a Christmas tour.
Meghan was announced in September as a judge on Seven’s upcoming Australian Idol reboot, which is set to screen in 2023.
