Porn star Austin Wolf mouths two word message to his partner as he appears in court over horrifying child sex abuse charges – where prosecutor blasts him as ‘a danger to children everywhere’

Porn star Austin Wolf appeared in court this week following an FBI sting operation that officials say uncovered sickening child pornography.

The adult entertainer, 43, whose real name is Justin Heath Smith, walked into Manhattan federal court Friday afternoon to face the music — before turning to his partner of 10 years in the gallery and saying, “I’m sorry.”

Prosecutor Getzel Berger described Wolf as “a danger to children online, a danger to children offline, a danger to children everywhere” and called for him to be put behind bars pending trial.

Wolf’s lawyers tried in vain to have the judge impose a 24-hour house arrest, but the judge did not agree, saying the charges against him were “very disturbing.”

Austin Wolf, 43, real name Justin Heath Smith, allegedly sent and received images that depicted “children as young as babies, including a video showing a 10-year-old child being tied up and raped”

The 43-year-old appeared in court Friday wearing a gray shirt and jeans, but did not leave the courthouse after being sent to the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn.

Wolf’s lawyers urged the judge not to send him to the prison, which has a notorious reputation for squalid conditions and dangerous risks to inmates.

The facility is currently on 23-hour lockdown after an inmate was stabbed to death earlier this month, and Wolf’s lawyers tried to spare him this fate by turning his “apartment (in) the MDC.”

They added that if he stayed in his Manhattan apartment with a GPS monitor, he “could eat, shower and not get killed.”

But the judge cited the “deeply troubling” charges against Wolf as the reason he denied the motion, saying that releasing the porn star “could not reasonably ensure the safety of the community.”

Wolf faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted of the charges against him, which include distribution and receipt of child pornography and possession of child pornography.

He was ensnared in an undercover FBI operation after allegedly exchanging sickening videos with the anonymous target of an investigation by the bureau.

The two are said to have used the encrypted app Telegram to exchange horrible content. According to authorities, it allegedly involved a video of a 10-year-old child being tied up and raped.

According to reports, an undercover FBI agent then targeted Wolf after tracking him down through the anonymous target of the investigation, who confirmed his identity by speaking to him through the target’s Telegram account.

Following the sting operation in April, the FBI raided Wolf’s Manhattan apartment. Agents reportedly found hundreds of videos of child pornography on an SD card in his computer room.

One of Wolf’s last social media posts chillingly reads: “Have you seen what happens to little boys who follow me into the locker room?”

U.S. Attorney Damian Williams said after his arrest this week: “As alleged, Justin Heath Smith received and distributed hundreds of child pornography recordings, including a gruesome video showing a young child being tied up, beaten and raped.

“Our investigation into Smith is ongoing and we urge anyone with information regarding Smith’s conduct to contact the FBI.

“Together with our law enforcement partners, we will relentlessly pursue the predators who victimize children and prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law.”

This isn’t the first time Wolf has made headlines for the wrong reasons, after he was caught romping with a flight attendant mid-flight in 2018.

Footage emerged of the two having sex in an airplane toilet, with the Delta staffer still wearing their uniforms when they were caught.
