Elvis star Austin Butler reveals he will be attending the Golden Globes next week with his sister Ashley and NOT his girlfriend Kaia Gerber
Austin Butler has already named his date for when he attends the Golden Globe Awards in Beverly Hills next week.
The star, who has been nominated for his lead role in the film Elvis, shared Thursday at the 2023 Palm Springs International Film Awards that he will be taking on his only sister Ashley as his plus one.
The actor did not mention his girlfriend Kaia Gerber, who he was seen playing with poolside in Mexico over the weekend.

He has been dating the model daughter of Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber for the past year. While she isn’t often seen together on a red carpet, he did take her to the Elvis premiere in May, even kissing the beauty at the event for all to see.
while talking to entertainment Tonight, The 31-year-old said the decision to bring Ashley was “difficult” but added: “She’s my only sister so it’ll be nice to be with her.”
Austin has said he didn’t see Ashley or her parents for about three years while working on the epic Elvis biopic.
“My family is very supportive of me, they are just amazing,” added the star.

The former Disney star looked dapper Thursday in Palm Springs in a classic black tuxedo and white shirt as he accepted the Breakthrough Performance Award for his portrayal of the King of Rock ‘n Roll.
On January 10 it will be known if he will take another award home.
He is competing in the category of Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture – Drama at the Golden Globes.

Reflecting on how portraying Elvis had affected his life, Austin said, “He was someone who was so true to himself and he set a lot of people free.”
