Australian Woman Starts New Year As A Millionaire After Winning Big Lottery Jackpot And Reveals Her Incredible Money Plans
One lucky woman, who started the New Year as a millionaire, shared her winning lottery strategy.
The woman, from Springfield in Queensland, won one of 12 division one prizes in the Saturday Gold Lotto prize last weekend, taking home more than $3.3 million.
While confirming his prize with an official from The Lott, he said he got the money for his winning ticket from a recent Instant Scratch-It prize.
‘It’s funny because we bought some Instant Scratch-Its tickets and I made about $50 on them. I bought this lottery ticket using those winnings,” he said.

‘It was just a sudden decision to get this ticket because I won at the Scratchie.
“I have had this ticket in my wallet for about two weeks.
She said she checked the ticket around 1 am on January 1 and couldn’t believe it.
‘I was almost having a panic attack, I couldn’t breathe!’ she said.
He told The Lott that he was going to use the prize money to help his family and maybe buy a new house.
And maybe go on vacation! There are a few things on the list!
He bought the winning ticket at Nextra Orion, on Main Street in Springfield.
Shop owner Vivek Ganesh said that selling another division one ticket from his shop was a great talking point for customers, and everyone was very happy for the winner.

“Seeing a victory land at the start makes it all so real,” Mr. Ganesh said.
“Over the past nine years, we have sold four jackpot-winning Instant Scratch-Its tickets and this is our third-tier winning Gold Lotto ticket.
‘It’s great to have another.
‘All of us at Nextra Orion wish our latest big winner the best and a Happy New Year!’
Across the country, 12 lucky winners took home the top division prize – four each in Queensland and Victoria, three each in NSW and one each in Western Australia.
