Confronting images are circulating on social media of Australian tennis star Bernard Tomic being attacked by two men outside a tattoo parlor.
In the 16-second clip, Tomic, 30, tries to shield his face with his hands as his attackers stand over him, delivering a series of kicks and blows.
Tomic, who was once ranked as high as No. 17 in the world, appears to be cornered and then attacked by the men, whose identities remain unknown.

In the video, a man can be heard calling Tomic a “dog” before unsuccessfully trying to pull the tennis star to his feet.
The incident allegedly took place outside a Gold Coast tattoo parlor, Channel 10 reports.
However, it is unclear when the attack took place.
Tomic competed in a challenger in Istanbul, Turkey, where he lost after three sets in round 16 on Thursday.
