Aussie star shares throwback photo from teenage years alongside famous surfer – but do you know who it is?

An Australian radio star looked unrecognisable in a throwback photo she shared of herself as a teenager standing next to famous surfer Mark Occhilupo.

The 49-year-old KIIS FM presenter posted a throwback photo on Instagram on Monday, reminiscing about the ‘good old Gold Coast days’.

The blonde beauty referred to her preference for ‘surf boys’ back in the day and posed with a big smile with the 1999 ASP World title holder.

The media personality has now become a household name in her own right, hosting a hugely popular morning radio show in Sydney, which has seen its ratings soar.

This shock jock has made a name for herself as a leading radio presenter over the past two decades and recently signed a major contract that will see her on the air until December 2034.

Last year she signed the contract, a historic move that will see her earn a $100 million salary over the next decade, while her radio show moves to Melbourne.

The Sydney socialite has been married twice and has a teenage daughter with her second husband, whom she divorced in October 2018.

Do you know who this Australian radio star is?

It’s Jackie ‘O’ Henderson!

Jackie looked unrecognizable in a throwback photo she shared on Instagram on Monday, in which she stands next to 58-year-old surfer Occy as a teenager.

In the photo, Jackie wore a loose black sweater and her blonde locks were half-up, half-down, tied with a scrunchie.

Jackie had a simple necklace around her neck and looked completely refreshed. There was no makeup on her face, as it looked like the couple were standing in a windy place.

Meanwhile, Occy rocked his usual long, sandy locks, paired with a bright pink sweater, which made him stand out in the photo.

Jackie captioned the photo: ‘Going to go through some photos for my memoir! The good old Gold Coast days when I loved the surfers.’

The radio host is delving into her memories as she releases her new tell-all memoir, titled The Whole Truth, on October 29.

Jackie posted on Instagram earlier this month about her new book, in which she admitted she was worried she would be “judged” based on what the memoir reveals.

“So I finally decided to write a book and I’m very excited (and a little scared) to share it with you all,” she admitted.

“There’s a lot I’ve shared on the radio over the years, but there’s also a lot I haven’t shared.”

“I’ve spent endless hours and months sitting on this couch reliving all the highs and lows. At times I’ve thought about giving it up altogether. It was mostly because of the fear, the fear of judgement, I think,” she continued.

‘But I’ve found that it’s better to embrace every part of myself, even the parts that I used to have a hard time talking about. Because speaking the truth brings more peace than you could ever hide.

“I am so proud to be able to share my story and give you all of myself in this book.”

Jackie also added a photo of herself showing off the cover of her new memoir, which featured an atmospheric black-and-white photo of herself.

The media star has been married twice before, marrying and divorcing DJ ‘Ugly’ Phil O’Neil in the 1990s, before tying the knot with Lee Henderson in 2003.

Jackie and the British photographer welcomed daughter Catalina ‘Kitty’ Henderson in December 2010, but they split eight years later.
