Aussie skateboard couple list stunning four-bedroom home at Cabarita Beach for a whopping $15m
The makers of Evolve electric skateboards have put their Tweed Coast home up for sale, aiming for a game-changing sale price.
Jeff and Fleur Anning, who sold their first property in 2012 to raise $60,000 to fund their skateboarding business, are asking $15 million for their Cabarita Beach home.
Their agent Kim Jones claims that ‘the house is incredible and located in one of the best surf spots in Australia’.
This sale is set to surpass the recently established Tweed Coast record, set last week by the $9.45 million transaction of a Kingscliff residence with a tennis court, which is said to have attracted attention by retired tennis star Ash Barty.
The Annings, who achieved a remarkable $1 million in skateboard sales on the opening day of the launch, purchased the property in 2019.
