Wild moment Aussie eshays are caught in shocking act outside a bar in Thailand

Wild footage captured two Australian tourists getting into a heated argument outside a bar in Thailand.

The heated argument was captured on camera on September 2 by a guest at the Future Bar, in the centre of Phuket Island’s Pa Tong tourist attraction.

Three Australians had ordered beers and were playing pool in the club when one of the men tried to impress some women nearby.

He hit the cue ball so hard that it bounced off the table, which led to a scolding from the venue owner and one of his friends, who laughed at him for the incident.

One of the waitresses at the bar reported that one of the men was “furious.”

The footage showed one of the friends pushing his buddy and yelling at him to “stop,” before the third tried to step between the two and de-escalate the situation.

The argument moved onto the busy street and the fight attracted the attention of several shocked neighbors.

The footage ends with the two men still standing in the middle of the street talking, while the third returns, appearing fed up with the situation.

It came just weeks after Thailand extended its visa-free regime to 93 countries, including Australia, prompting a number of reports of “misconduct”.

In addition to complaints about drunken brawls between tourists, local residents also expressed concerns about overcrowding and rising prices.

Nearly two weeks later, on September 15, Thai police had to break up a suspected drunken brawl between two Australians in Pattaya, southeast of Bangkok.

One of the men brandished a ‘police badge’ and posed as a police officer before local police broke up a fight. It took about half an hour for the brawl to be brought under control.

Witnesses reported seeing both men drinking together at a nearby location and that neither wanted to press charges following the incident. Pattaya Post reported.

“This latest episode is part of a disturbing series of public unrest in Pattaya, which raises questions about the effectiveness of local law enforcement in curbing such incidents,” said a local resident.

Locals and other tourists watched as one of the men pushed his partner (pictured) after becoming enraged by his 'teasing' over a failed attempt to impress a local woman.

‘As these types of events become more common, it is vital that both local authorities and the community address the underlying issues that are causing this increasing disorder.’

They added that Pattaya’s reputation for antisocial behaviour “is likely to continue” if police are unable to control unruly tourists.
