Aubrey Plaza was scheduled to present at the 2025 Golden Globes ahead of husband Jeff Baena’s death

Aubrey Plaza was set to present at the 2025 Golden Globes ahead of her husband Jeff Baena’s tragic death at the age of 47 on Friday.

Earlier this week, the 40-year-old actress was announced among stars including Andrew Garfield, Demi Moore, Gal Gadot and Nicolas Cage who will take the stage at the awards show’s 82nd annual ceremony on Sunday.

It’s highly unlikely that the Parks and Recreation star will still host or attend the Golden Globes, which will take place just two days after her husband’s death.

DailyMail.com contacted its representatives but did not hear back.

Plaza has not commented publicly on her husband’s death.

Last year, the actress earned her first Golden Globe nomination for Best Supporting Actress in a Limited Television Series/Movie for her role as Harper Spiller in White Lotus.
