In her most recent interview, O’Day again stated that she believed Trump Jr. her soul mate.

“You know what a bleeding liberal I am, and you know how I’ve been a social justice warrior since I was born and raised by one,” the Making the Band star told Cohen.

“There’s no way I could ever have loved someone the way we see them today. So that shows you how much transformation or potential attitude the man is or has been doing since the man I would call my soul mate – I’m not discrediting that word either. I think if he was able to tell the truth he would as he called me his soulmate first,” she added.

The two met when O’Day took part in The Apprentice. She told Cohen that Trump Jr. knew that people thought he was “an idiot” who couldn’t please his father and that he was “expendable.”

The singer said her first meeting with Trump Jr. came about because she was attending an event at a gay club and he wanted to meet her.

At the time of their illicit affair, O’Day often posted cryptic tweets about the relationship.

Bathrooms seemed to play an important role in the relationship between O’Day and Trump Jr.

In a 2012 podcast interview, O’Day shared details of her “spanx-ripping” romp with an unnamed man many believe to be Trump Jr.

“I was walking down the halls and got pulled into this bathroom and he threw me against the wall and looked at me for two seconds and then we started kissing like crazy,” O’Day said in an appearance on the Risk! podcast.

One of the more homophobic things Trump Jr. has said includes calling Secretary of Transportation Pete Buttigieg “the gay man,” adding that he was only appointed to the role “because he was gay and they ticked a box.”

He was also a supporter of his father’s presidential rival Ron DeSantis’ infamous Don’t Say Gay law.

O’Day rose to fame in 2005, the same year Don Jr and Vanessa got married at his father’s estate in Palm Beach, Mar-a-Lago.

She participated in the MTV program Making the Band and was selected by Sean ‘P Diddy’ Combs to be part of the girl group Danity Kane.

The group enjoyed a successful run in its eighth years, as their first two albums debuted at the top of the charts.

They also had a number of hit singles, with their song Damaged entering the top ten on Billboard and earning the group two MTV Video Music Award nominations in 2008.

O’Day had separated from the group at the time, and her solo efforts failed to replicate the success she had with Danity Kane.

Then in 2012, she was back on television on Celebrity Apprentice.

She chose Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network (GLSEN) as her charity during the show and went on to campaign as an advocate for gay rights. Aubrey has also worked with a number of different service organizations to help children with AIDS in refugee centers and orphanages.

After volunteering for The Pink Project and helping victims of Hurricane Katrina, Aubrey started her own organization called F*A*N, Fighting Aids Now, which provides therapy and arts to children in hospitals.

Over the years, O’Day also managed to make headlines for her life outside of the recording studio, dating Jersey Shore star Paul ‘Pauly D’ DelVecchio, DJ Cassidy and Evan Ross.
