Atlassian founder Mike Cannon-Brookes and his wife Annie continue to splash out on waterfront properties, this time with a $14.25 million fortune to buy a house adjoining the Northern Beaches mansion they already own .
The newly acquired property is adjacent to a $24.5 million estate they purchased in Newport in 2020.
It was purchased from hairdressers Chris and Julieann Boffa who originally priced it for $20 million but ended up selling it for well below that price tag.

Mr. Cannon-Brookes continues to conquer multiple pieces of coastal paradise, with the Newport property being the latest in a series of recent additions.
In March, the couple also bought a $2.55 million getaway in Great Mackerel Beach, a property only accessible by boat.
That home was also three doors down from one of their other residences, which was acquired in 2020 for $2.35 million.
In 2018, they bought the 3-acre Fairwater estate in Port Piper for $100 million, making it the country’s second most expensive property.
The couple also own homes on Scotland Island and Palm Beach on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, as well as another at Coasters Retreat.
