Jennifer Fisher, a hybrid athlete from Austin, Texas, is known as @thefitforkofficial on TikTok, where she shares her healthy recipes and workouts.

In a recent video, she celebrated her toned physique as she did a series of controlled barbell curls at the gym.

Fisher was dressed in a black speckled sports bra and purple athletic shorts that showed off her chiseled six-pack and sculpted arms.
