The officer, known only as Officer Fraser, was on duty in Warren, Michigan, on Tuesday when he saw a speeding blue Camaro pass his patrol car.
After pulling over the vehicle, Fraser quickly realized that the family in the car had an emergency and rushed to their rescue.
Footage has captured the moment when he manages to get their 18-month-old son to breathe again after the choking baby turned blue on the lips.

The panicked parents, who remain unknown, are seen frantically crowding around the officer as the video ends.
Speak with ABCOfficer Fraser said, “Right now it’s not about writing a ticket, stopping a speeding driver, there’s an actual emergency here.
“When you look at it now, it’s kind of overwhelming, but right now there’s not much you can think about other than relying on the training.”
