Assassin’s Creed Mirage update stops players from missing out on a major fight
Assassin’s Creed MirageThe latest update – version 1.0.5 – is now available for download on all platforms, and includes a number of important fixes and adjustments, including one that prevents players from skipping a major battle.
The details of this fight are spoiler-heavy, so be careful when reading the full patch notes. Ubisoft hasn’t clarified how it was possible to miss it in the first place, but hopefully now no one will accidentally miss one of the game’s main battles.
Otherwise, fixes have been rolled out for the quests ‘Speak with Ali’ (in which Ali can no longer get stuck), ‘Follow the Fiery Trail’ (where blockers have been removed from the research objective) and ‘Nehal’s Calling’, in which players can now access the final clue without any problems. Other stability updates have also been introduced.
Quite a few changes have been made Mirage‘s graphics and animations. Vaguely, the patch notes promise “numerous visual improvements across environment, VFX, and weapons,” but they also specify that damaged clothing on NPCs has been fixed, multiple NPC navigation, interaction, and animation issues have been ironed out, and that some “ unnatural legs” have been resolved. movements” seen on Basim have also changed. Additionally, the display of NPCs at close range has been fixed and the cutscenes should all run as intended after the credits roll.
Additionally, there is now an option to enable or disable background music during the call to prayer, as well as another option to disable chromatic aberration. A button mapping issue on Japanese PS5 consoles has been resolved and all PS5 owners can now see an accurate log of their hours played.
