Ashton Kutcher and wife Mila Kunis split rumors are ‘ridiculous and false’ – after speculation sparked following Diddy arrest

Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis are not breaking up, amid criticism of the actor’s friendship with embattled rapper Diddy.

Speaking with PeopleA source called the divisive rumors that spread online following Diddy’s arrest “ridiculous and false.”

Diddy, 54, was arrested last week in Manhattan and charged with human trafficking, extortion and transportation of persons for the purpose of prostitution.

Kutcher, 46, and Kunis, 41, have been married since 2015 and have two children: daughter Wyatt, nine, and son Dimitri, seven.

They met as co-stars on the hit sitcom That 70’s Show, where they played Michael Kelso and Jackie Burkhart from 1998 to 2006.

Before their romance, Kutcher was married to Demi Moore and had just completed six years of marriage. They finalized their divorce in November 2013.

After Kutcher and Kunis reconnected, their friendship quickly turned into a whirlwind romance.

They got engaged in February 2015 and married the following year, in July 2015.

In October 2014, the couple welcomed their daughter Wyatt.

After their marriage, they had son Dimitri in November 2016.

Kunis previously opened up about how their longtime romance grew out of the way they made similar films separately and “lived” the casual dating lifestyle.

“I did a movie called Friends with Benefits. He did a movie very similar to it called No Strings Attached,” the actress said on the WTF podcast in July 2018.

‘We were living out our movies, where we were like, “Let’s just do something. Let’s have fun. We’re both single. We both trust each other. Everything is great.”‘

She continued: ‘None of us wanted any tension, okay, great, we were in a relationship for three months. And just like in our movies, one of us developed feelings.’

The new split rumors emerged after Diddy was arrested last week.

Combs has been placed on suicide watch, which is “standard for high-profile individuals” as he remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, sources told DailyMail.com.

He was arrested earlier this week in Manhattan and charged with human trafficking, extortion and transporting people for prostitution.

Combs allegedly held “Freak Off” sessions, in which he forced women to have sex with male prostitutes while he masturbated.

According to authorities, he often recorded the sessions and lured women by pretending to want to start a romantic relationship with them.

The attacks are said to have lasted for days and police allege Combs provided drugs to “keep the victims compliant.”

Kutcher and Diddy’s longtime friendship recently came under fire after a questionable clip surfaced.

In the video, Kutcher was featured in a 2019 Hot Ones segment, in which he was asked to shed light on his friend’s infamous partying.

“There’s so much I can’t tell you,” Kutcher said, laughing and with a knowing grin on his face.

Kutcher thought about his words for a moment, before adding, “I can’t say… I keep flipping through it.”

Combs was known for throwing elaborate parties, often attended by his elite Hollywood friends.

Kutcher co-hosted a White Party with Combs in 2009, but it is unclear what other parties he attended. There is no evidence that Kutcher was involved in any wrongdoing.

During his Hot Ones segment, he described the parties as “weird.”

“Diddy party stories… weird man,” he said. The footage resurfaced this week, prompting a wave of backlash and criticism demanding that Kutcher speak out.

“He’s probably not smiling anymore,” one social media user wrote in response to the clip.

“Please tell me, Ashton,” replied another.

Others wondered whether Kutcher — or other celebrities who have openly said they attended Diddy’s parties — would be subpoenaed or asked to testify in a future trial.

Kutcher went on to say that his long friendship with Diddy began in 2003, when he hosted the MTV show Punk’d.

“We became fast friends and we would often hang out and watch football together,” Kutcher said.

“He just can’t lose.”

Diddy was arrested last week and charged with human trafficking, extortion and transportation of persons for the purpose of prostitution.

The indictment, which relates to allegations dating back to 2008, accuses him of abusing, threatening and coercing women for years “to satisfy his sexual desires, protect his reputation and conceal his conduct.”

He has denied guilt to the charges.

After his arrest, he was denied bail by a judge because he had used both his own home and his mother’s home in Miami – worth $50 million – as collateral.

Last week he lost an appeal against the decision and remains in custody awaiting trial.
