Ashley Benson is seeking a protection order against a man who has allegedly been harassing her and threatening to commit suicide.
The 32-year-old actress filed documents asking a judge for help, according to a report from TMZ.
The 20-year-old man has been “incessantly seeking a sexual relationship with her” and said he would “shoot himself” if Benson “at least doesn’t interact with him,” the site said.

The disruptive behavior has lasted for over a year, but has recently gotten worse.
The Pretty Little Liars alum noted in the filing that she never gave the person her contact information.
Benson also explained that in addition to communicating by phone, the person allegedly contacted her incessantly on social networks.

He has reportedly gone so far as to send sobbing audio clips threatening suicide and often referencing the use of a firearm.
Benson added that the person has “tracked” her location with the help of social media and has grown close to her in a “scary way.”
She blocked his phone number before he retaliated by calling her from 40 different numbers.
