Ashley Benson defended her post-pregnancy weight loss journey after trolls claimed she used Ozempic to achieve her results.
The Pretty Little Liars alum, 34 — who welcomed daughter Aspen with husband Brandon Davis in February — took her along Instagram on Monday to clap back at the comments on a photo of her looking stunner in a tank top.
One critic wrote: ‘How did she just get pregnant?!?’, while another added a photo of the type 2 diabetes drug.
‘I know a lot of people who use Ozempic and it’s fine. To each their own,” Ashley began. “But don’t discredit people who are also working very hard to get their bodies back, like I did with mine.”
She concluded: ‘Returning to work meant I had to focus on my health and exercise, and I wanted to feel confident and good about myself.’

Her trainer Melissa Wood-Tepperberg showed her support for the Hollywood star, saying: ‘It’s a way of life!!!!!! When you walk away from moving your body this way, you feel it. Not only in your body, but especially in your mind.
‘It’s the thing that brings you back, because you realize how much stronger you are and feel inside when you have dedication to yourself and your practice. Just tell @ashleybenson.”
Back in February, Ashley and Brandon do shared the news of their daughter’s arrival on social media.
Ashley introduced her newborn via an Instagram Story on Feb. 29, which showed the baby girl’s hand holding a finger, accompanied by a pink heart emoji.
Since getting together in January 2023, Benson and Davis have had a whirlwind romance.
In June of the same year, after five months of dating, they made their relationship public on Instagram, quickly followed by an announcement of their engagement the following month.
In a July 2023 Instagram Story photo of her engagement ring, Ashley called Brandon her best friend, which was replied to by Brandon, who called her the love of his life.
They tied the knot in November, shortly after news of Benson’s pregnancy broke, according to media outlets like We weekly.
In January, Ashley graced the cover of Ladygunn magazine, where she revealed her growing baby bump in a topless photoshoot.
In her cover story, she admitted, “Being a parent will change everything.
“I became the person I always wanted to be,” she explained, referring to the time she met her future husband.
“And I just wanted to let that happen and see where life takes me.” And that’s ironically when I got in touch with Brandon.”
Ashley’s dating history includes well-known figures like G-Eazy, Cara Delevingne and Chord Overstreet.
Davis, grandson of the late oil magnate Marvin H. Davis, has attracted attention in his adult years, largely because of the substantial legacy left by his grandfather.
