Ashely Tisdale reveals she threw up on herself while giving birth to her second daughter
Ashley Tisdale took to Instagram to share a behind-the-scenes look inside the room where she gave birth to her new baby Emerson Clover.
The 39-year-old High School Musical star decorated her hospital room with candles to create a “zen” atmosphere.
“@lbreggy made my birth a magical zen space just like before. This time we had @beingfrenshe’s palo santo collection with us so we were the most beautiful smelling room,” she captioned the post, tagging her doula and her own wellness brand.
In one photo, Ashley sits with her legs spread on a yoga ball as she prepares for the arrival of her new daughter.
She also shared the snaps on her Instagram Stories, revealing that she had her hair blow-dried the night before she went into labor.

“@buddywporter got my hair blow-dried the night before I gave birth. I thought, ‘I want to look good when the baby comes out,'” her caption began.
“But you never know how labor is going to go. After having to get into different positions to keep the baby’s heart rate up, I put my hair in a bun and then threw up all over myself,” she continued with a smiley face emoji.
“So let’s just be realistic and not try so hard sometimes, lol,” she concluded.
She also shared photos of her husband Christopher French, 42, and doula Lori Bregman standing close by in case she needed help.
Ashley and her husband also have a three-year-old daughter, Jupiter.
On September 6, they welcomed their newest family member, sharing a first look at their newborn baby in a joint social media post.
The actress shared a photo on Instagram of herself, her husband and their first child, holding the tiny and precious hand of their newest family member.
“All three of us are obsessed with you 9.6.24,” she wrote alongside a four-leaf clover emoji in her short but sweet note.

The arrival of the happy couple’s newest family member comes after Tisdale announced her pregnancy in March.
At the time, she shared on social media that she and French were expecting their second child.
She shared the happy news with photos of herself showing off her baby bump as she posed by a lemon tree outside their Los Angeles home.
“We can’t wait to meet you,” the star wrote in her caption.
