Arsenal have reportedly reached an agreement with Ajax to sign England U20 goalkeeper Tommy Setford.
The Gunners are looking to boost their goalkeeping capabilities having already completed the £27million move of David Raya from Brentford following the Spaniard’s impressive year on loan at the Emirates.
It has now been reported by the Athleticsthat Arsenal held talks with Ajax this summer over a transfer to Setford.
The talented goalkeeper is reportedly set to join Italy for £869,000 plus bonuses, with an initial four-year deal expected.
