Former Arsenal goalkeeper Jens Lehmann will reportedly receive a psychiatric report after several examples of anti-social behaviour.
Lehmann is a legend in North London with 200 appearances for the club and was part of their title-winning Invincibles team in 2003-04, while also winning 61 caps for Germany.
Since retiring, he has held coaching roles at the Gunners and Augsburg and was briefly on the board of Hertha Berlin.
However, according to German outlet BILDLehmann has been involved in an increasing number of unsavory actions in recent years, leading to him being summoned by a German court for a psychiatric report for antisocial personality disorder.
Criminal lawyer Dr Adam Ahmed said: ‘A court recognizes the need to obtain a psychiatric report and orders this to determine guilt.
Jens Lehmann faces a psychiatric report after several examples of antisocial behavior
The former Arsenal goalkeeper is accused of attacking his neighbor’s garage with a chainsaw and dodging parking fees by speeding under a barrier.
‘These (Lehmann’s) actions suggest a likely diagnosis of antisocial personality disorder, in which the affected person has little empathy for others and often ignores rules and norms.’
The report states that the Munich II Public Prosecutor’s Office filed several charges against Lehmann in June, including damage to property.
Lehmann allegedly damaged the roof beam of his neighbor’s garage with a chainsaw in July last year, because it would block his view of Lake Starnberger in Bavaria.
Police claimed the 53-year-old was caught on surveillance camera causing the damage.
And now the prosecutor has listed even more charges against Lehmann.
The report goes on to reveal how the former goalkeeper – who earned millions during his career – avoided parking charges by speeding under a barrier at Munich Airport.

Twice, once in January 2021 and again in September 2022, Lehmann drove out of the car park without paying, despite the cost being less than €300 (£260).
Lehmann allegedly followed another vehicle and rushed through before the barrier came down.
During the January 2021 incident, Lehmann allegedly parked his Porsche hybrid for two days and charged it at an electric pump.
Lehmann was charged €159 (£137) for parking and €32 (£27) for charging, but sped away despite urging workers to pay.
This led to an email from the airport asking the former German star to reimburse the costs, but he claimed he never received the email.
This happened again in September 2022, when the combined cost of charging and parking for two days was €128 (£111), but Lehmann was caught by cameras escaping through the barriers without paying.
He is also said to have insulted police officers when they tried to confiscate his driver’s license on another occasion after he was caught using his phone while driving and was banned from driving for a month.
The report claims they came to his house, but Lehmann told a police officer that she had “a malfunction in her brain” and called those present liars.
The 53-year-old also denied charges of insult and fraud, but he could face court
Similarly, the 53-year-old has also been accused of insult and fraud, accusations he denied, saying on social media: ‘The allegations against me are not true. The damage, as always, is the enormous damage to reputation and the disregard for privacy.’
If all charges go to trial, Lehmann could be burdened by his criminal record, with a suspended sentence possible if found guilty.
This comes as he was fined more than €40,000 (£34,700) in 2016 for aiding and abetting an escape from an accident, while he was also reportedly fined €170,000 (£147,506) for tax evasion in 2017.
However, the next steps are unknown, as a spokesperson for a district court in Bavaria insists that no decision has yet to be made on whether Lehmann will face trial.
