Arsenal legend Jens Lehmann puts £10.7m six-bedroom villa up for sale after his wife found a new younger partner… and neighbours are delighted after he attacked a garage with a chainsaw!
Jens Lehmann wants to sell his £10.7million villa in Germany after reportedly splitting from his wife amid ongoing problems in his private life.
The former Arsenal goalkeeper, who won the Premier League under Arsene Wenger in 2004, has reportedly split from his 52-year-old wife Conny, who no longer lives at the property, after finding a new younger partner.
The couple, who officially tied the knot in 1999, are said to have had an on-again, off-again relationship for some time, with Lehmann, 55, staying in the parental home with their children Mats, 24, and Lieselotta, 18. The German has also adopted Conny’s child from her time with former Borussia Dortmund midfielder Knut Reinhardt.
A Munich estate agent has put Lehmann’s ‘spectacular villa’ up for sale, with the property listed for 12.9 million euros (£10.7 million).
The villa has six bedrooms and six bathrooms spread over three floors, with a lift connecting the 633 square meters of living space.
Overlooking Lake Starnberger See in Munich, the property is described as having ‘extremely representative, bright and sun-drenched rooms’ and features an indoor pool, sauna and fitness room.

Lehmann is reportedly divorced from his 52-year-old wife Conny, who no longer lives there
Reports of Lehmann’s breakup with Conny came to light during Oktoberfest in September, when she was reportedly seen with friends while he was pictured having fun with several young women in a separate room.
The 55-year-old former goalkeeper was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence and forced to surrender his driver’s license. Image.
Lehmann’s neighbors are said to be delighted by his decision to sell the £10.7million villa, with one source telling the German newspaper: ‘Being on bad terms with all your neighbors is a world-class feat. No one here sheds a tear for him
‘His wife is no longer there. The house is probably too big for him now.’
The German angered his neighbors after attacking one of their garages with a chainsaw in 2022 – and it was was fined £112,500 in September after being found guilty of property damage and attempted fraud by a German court.
It is believed that Lehmann’s decision to sell the property is related to his divorce from Conny after 25 years, and not to a dispute with the neighbors.
A friend close to the former footballer told the German newspaper: ‘Jens acts as if everything on the outside is fine. But both have been living their own lives for a long time. As soon as everything is settled with the house, they will divorce.’
Lehmann and Conny vacationed as a family last summer, but it is believed the vacation was for the sake of the children and not in the interest of romantic feelings between the couple.

Lehmann broke the silence following his drink-driving arrest in September, when he was stopped in lederhosen by a police patrol in Munich’s Sendling district while under the influence. In November, Lehmann admitted: ‘The truth was that I made a mistake because I thought I could drive. That was not the case. I had 0.7 per mille.
‘It was not a good move on my part and I regret it. I misjudged myself and drove two hours after the incident.
‘If you have a blood alcohol level of 0.7 per mille, your driving license will be revoked for four weeks. And that’s how it should be.
‘It was sometimes portrayed as if I was completely drunk, which was not the case at all. There will be a sequel to this. We’ll see.’
