In the trailer, Arnold says, “I’m here to talk about my tools for success. Everything I’ve ever built was because I had power in the palm of my hands. Just like you!’

He is then seen throwing a drill into the hands of a young man before the scene changes to a playground where the star speaks to a group of children.

He says, “I wasn’t afraid to fail, to think outside the box. I built a new box!’

Arnold is then seen in a work room telling a man who is welding, “A plan is only as good as the tools you use to carry it out.”

The former Mr. Olympia is then seen cutting wood on a suburban street with an elderly lady watching.

Arnold says, “Success means having the strength to do it yourself.”

The camera then pans out to reveal that he sawed the wood into the shape of himself posing on the Mr. Olympia podium.

He jokingly adds, “The muscles frighten the birds.”

The trailer ends with Arnold helping the young man with the bench press from the beginning of the ad, saying, “Now let’s build another bench, okay come on!”

In a recent interview with Men’s Health, Arnold revealed that he often feels emotional when he looks back on his competitive days in bodybuilding.

He talked about his training motivation and said: ‘I protect my body and do therapy training at the same time. I do faster, lighter but correct exercises and I try to stay young.

‘I train to stay alive, to make my films. I come here and 25-30 sets in half an hour.’

“When you exercise, not only is your body pumped up and stimulated with blood, but your mind as well. And you have a much more positive outlook on the day and life if you’ve already had a pump, or a bike ride, or a run, or a tennis match, or whatever sport you’re into.
