It wasn’t immediately clear if there was a romantic element to the movie star’s exchange with the mystery woman, as he has been spotted with his longtime love Milligan several times in recent months.

The couple was pictured in September at Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany, which is an annual tradition for the movie star.

According to sources, they were also shopping in London late last month TMZ that they were not engaged, as Milligan was wearing an expensive ring.

He told People in September that he shares a “fantastic” relationship with Milligan because they “have so many things in common.”

“I think the world is hers,” Schwarzenegger said. “I love that she loves to work. She is clearly independent. She’s just incredibly driven.”

Schwarzenegger called Milligan the “driving force” in her family life, as she cared for her late parents during their respective battles with cancer.

He said she was in Nebraska earlier this year to assist her grandmother.

“Every night she spends at least half an hour on the phone with her grandmother,” Schwarzenegger said. ‘I mean, then you get to know someone, the heart he or she has.’
