Arnold Schwarzenegger teamed up with his physical therapist girlfriend Heather Milligan to show fans tips and tricks on how to manage joint pain.
The Terminator star, 76, has released the latest video for him The Pump Club exercise series on Saturday, showing that the most common question he gets is about knees.
“Well, join the club, I’ve had knee problems all my life,” he admitted to the camera, before adorably introducing his girlfriend of more than a decade.
“She is not only my friend, but a great, even the best, physiotherapist in the world,” he said. “I mean, that’s how we met, when she fixed my shoulder.”
The duo then delved into a series of exercises and stretches designed to ease knee problems before things got a little flirty between the pair.

Arnold pulled up his shorts for a more comfortable fit, revealing his sculpted thighs with a confident flash of muscle, causing Heather to exclaim, “Oh… showing off your legs, that’s impressive.”
The duo immediately refocused on their task and guided fans in the proper execution of these useful activities.
Arnold first met Heather in 2012 while he was recovering from a shoulder injury.
“We have so many things in common,” he said People in 2023. ‘I think the world is hers. I love that she loves to work. She is clearly independent. She’s just incredibly driven.”
He was first linked to the physiotherapist in 2013 after splitting from his ex-wife Maria Shriver in 2011.
That year, the public learned that Arnold had fathered Joseph with his family’s housekeeper, Mildred Baena.
Mildred gave birth to her son Joseph on October 2, 1997, after an affair with Arnold that began in 1996.
Arnold was married to Maria at the time.

They welcomed four children — daughters Katherine, 33, and Christina, 31, and sons Patrick, 30, and Christopher, 26 — before splitting in 2021.
The actor only connected the dots when Joseph got older and started to look more like him.
While Mildred raised Joseph alone, she sometimes brought him to the Schwarzenegger home, where she worked for 20 years before retiring in 2010.
Later, Arnold called his infidelity in his marriage to Maria a “great failure,” but said Joseph was the silver lining of the difficult situation.
