The action icon, 75, who has continued to show off his chiseled physique into his senior years, showed off his workout regimen at the legendary Gold’s Gym in Venice Beach, saying he uses the weights to “protect himself and stay alive” after several heart and knee surgeries.
The Terminator star, who has a long-standing romance with Heather Milligan, 48, also made a pithy comment about his intimate life into his 70s.
When asked about his euphemism for sex, he quipped, “Why use a code word?” At my age, sex becomes a four-letter word. Staff!’

When asked if he still does classic bodybuilding poses, he said, “Yes, but only in the bathroom, because sometimes it makes me cry.
He also said that 1974 was the year he achieved his best physique when he weighed 237 pounds and was crowned Mr. Olympia.
He talked about his training motivation and said: ‘I protect my body and do therapy training at the same time. I do faster, lighter but correct exercises and try to stay young.
‘I train to stay alive, to make my films. I come in here and 25-30 sets in half an hour.’
“When you exercise, not only is your body pumped up and stimulated with blood, it’s your mind, too. And you have a much more positive outlook on the day and life if you’ve already had a pump behind you, or a bike ride, or a run, or a tennis match, or whatever sport you’re into.
“My body and bodybuilding have given me everything. I don’t know, if I hadn’t started bodybuilding, if I had a clear idea of where I want to go in life. I don’t know if I got the message that you have to do your best to get somewhere, to be successful.”
His workout routine includes five sets of machine preacher curls designed to warm up his “fragile” elbows, five sets of machine dips, and five sets of overhead presses to train his shoulders—and ends each set with a five-second iso-hold squeeze .
Elsewhere in the extended interview, the Conan The Barbarian star talked about his past steroid use, revealing that he “took a hundred milligrams a week, then three Dianabol a day, so that was 15 milligrams a day.”

“That’s why I’ve taken on a big new job as Netflix’s Chief Action Officer.”
Arnold then listed some of the new action movies coming from Netflix.
They include the thriller Heart Of Stone starring Gal Gadot, Extraction 2 starring Chris Hemsworth, more from The Witcher series starring Henry Cavill.

He can be seen in his first TV series, FUBAR, which will be released on May 25. FUBAR is a military term for “fucked up beyond recognition.”
In FUBAR, Arnold plays the father of Monica Barbara’s character. She is best known for her work in Top Gun: Maverick.
At some point they find out that they both work for the CIA, which makes it challenging for them to work undercover.
