Newly released footage shows the moment a group of armed teenagers stormed a trendy Toronto clothing store and attempted to rob the business but were quickly chased away by staff.
The three mask-wearing male suspects were seen arriving at the clothing and sneaker store on June 23 and demanding that employees “get on the ground.”
While one of the suspects held a gun to an employee’s head, the other two began to quickly run away with a rack of clothing and sneakers boxes.
But an employee was able to pick up one of the suspects, 15 years old, and prevent him from running away, while the other two thieves got back into their stolen car and drove away.
The three mask-wearing male suspects were seen storming into the clothing and sneaker store and demanding that employees “sit on the floor.”

After a few minutes of struggle, video shows two staff members hitting and throwing away the suspect’s weapon.
But they soon begin to hold the teen down as he tries to run out of the store, shouting, “Let me out!”
While cornered, the robber takes a sneaker, tears the plastic and begins bending the front to create a crease, affecting its quality and resale value.
But that’s when officers from the Toronto Police Service arrived on the scene and took away the teen and his loaded gun.

He has been charged with theft with a firearm, using a firearm in the commission of a crime, unauthorized possession of a firearm, unauthorized possession of a firearm knowing that its possession is unauthorized, possession of a loaded firearm, pointing a firearm, disguising with intent, possessing property obtained by crime and failing to comply with the release order.
The value of the goods stolen by the other two robbers remains unclear.
Officials have not yet identified the other two suspects and asked anyone with information to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
