A young Memphis woman was grabbed by two men during an apparent kidnapping before an armed Good Samaritan intervened and rescued the terrified victim.

The adduction attempt took place Friday night around 8:00 p.m. in the parking lot of an upscale shopping mall at the Shops of Saddle Creek located on West Farmington Boulevard in Memphis.

Two men ambushed the blonde-haired woman as she got into the driver’s side of her dark pickup truck. She suffered minor injuries in the attack.

The video shows the women trying to fight off their attackers, as the two thugs wearing dark hoodies jumped out of the car parked next to her and tried to stop her.

The young woman was grabbed by the suspects who were trying to get her into their vehicle, described as a silver four-door car.

Seconds later, two men jump out of a vehicle parked next to her and grab her in the terrifying attack that police say took place around 8:00 p.m. at the Shops of Saddle Creek, located on Farmington Boulevard in Memphis.

In the corner of the CCTV footage, a man with a gun is seen holding the gun as he bravely stands up to the thugs, before the woman escapes.

The shooters were last seen driving north in a silver four-door with a third suspect inside, Germantown police said.

The getaway car was described as a silver Ford Focus, Fox13 Memphis informed.

Earle Farrell, who took the video of the kidnapping attempt, shared it on Facebook on Sunday with the message: ‘Be careful who is parked nearby.

A shopper at the Shops of Saddle Creek, which is home to more than 45 stores and restaurants, told the news outlet that they were absolutely shocked by the ordeal.

‘It’s really scary. I shop here all the time,” said one customer.

Police are still searching for the suspects and asking anyone with information to come forward.
