Ariana Madix and her ex Tom Sandoval were both spotted leaving their shared Los Angeles home at different times on Monday.
Opting for a business chic look, the Vanderpump Rules beauty, 38, wore a black blazer with black leggings and matching boots.
The reality star wore her blonde locks back in a high ponytail and held an ice-cold drink in her hand.
Ariana wore a chunky silver necklace and delicate makeup as she walked to her car.
Meanwhile, Sandoval, 40, showed off his biceps in a striped tank top and wore acid jeans on his outing.

He paired the outfit with comfortable sneakers and carried a large navy blue tote bag on his shoulder.
Tom shielded his head with a dark baseball hat and wore white earplugs in his ears.
During a recent interview with TMZSandoval confirmed that both he and Ariana currently still live in the same house, but admitted that they both “don’t really look at each other.”
Ariana notably ended their nine-year relationship after discovering Tom’s months-long affair with co-star Raquel Leviss in March.
The drama of the cheating scandal – also known as Scandoval – mainly played out in the tenth season and during the heated reunion.
Ariana also took to Instagram on Monday to share a photo in love with her new boyfriend, Daniel Wai.
The couple was pictured in Chicago, Illinois, both rocking sporty attire, with Daniel’s arm hugging Ariana as they posed in front of the famous Cloud Gate sculpture in Millennium Park.
“Beans, beans are the musical fruit,” she captioned the adorable photo.

The outing comes after Madix revealed she will have her say in a new book to be published just in time for Christmas.
The star announced her latest project in a lengthy post earlier this month.
“The past few months have been a whirlwind and while I’m in a better place now, it was painful for my personal devastation to unfold so publicly,” she began.
Ariana said she would be “forever grateful” to her fans and friends for continuing to support her through the much-publicized ordeal dubbed the “Scandoval.”
“But now it’s time for me to tell my side of the story in full,” she revealed, and it will unfold in “my new book, SINGLE AF COCKTAILS.”
The liquor master described the tome as “my break-up album.”
Ariana’s announcement received a lot of support from her friends.
Her friend Daniel wrote about the cover of the book: “If it looks like this when you throw a drink throw them all at me!!!!”

Meanwhile, Rachel Leviss, 28, who has largely disappeared from view since the infamous affair with Sandoval, has said she won’t be returning to VRP for season 11.
In an interview with former reality star Bethenny Frankel on her Just B with Bethenny Frankel podcast, the former beauty queen said, “The idea of me being the ultimate reality TV villain just blows my mind.”
It looks like Rachel will soon be exploring other ways to tell her side of the story, revealing in the same interview that she’s “taking the steps to start her own podcast.”
