Ariana Grande’s brother Frankie Grande showed off the results of his nose job on social media.
The 41-year-old dancer and actor shared an update video on his Instagram two weeks after the surgery, sharing before and after photos of his plastic surgery.
The clip starts with the ‘before’ view, showing Frankie’s nose with a more tapered nose tip.
The video then moved on to the final result, which showed a straighter, smaller, and more refined nose.
“Still swollen but guess what?” he wrote in the caption.

His fans were very happy with the ‘natural results’.
“Okay, this nose job gives a beautiful natural result,” someone wrote.
“It looks so natural on your face, you look amazing,” added another.
“Looks so good! And of course,” someone else chimed in.
“For some people their nose ‘makes’ their face and when they get a nose job they look completely different. I think yours hopefully achieved what you wanted without being drastic and you still look like yourself. Well done!”
When Frankie posted a selfie on Instagram last week showing his face wrapped in bandages and a bruise on his face after a nose job, his famous sister commented under the photo.
Ariana wrote, “Perfect in every way, always!!!!” along with a teddy bear, bubbles and a seedling emoji.
“New nose. Who is this?” Frankie captioned the photo, which showed both eyelids dark purple from bruising.

Frankie wore a cast covering the bridge of his nose, with gauze stuffed under his nostrils. A white band of padding was also wrapped around his head.
A few days later, Frankie, who was still recovering from his nose job, shared a bunch of photos from her stay in the Big Apple.

The actor posed in another photo at the subway station and smiled in front of a poster of Deborah Cox in The Wiz in a third photo.
The carousel also featured fun photos of Frankie with his mom, Joan Grande, Deborah and friends backstage at the Broadway show.
The Big Brother alum wrote: ‘I took my new nose to see New York. She loved The Wiz.’
Deborah wrote in the comments: ‘I love you guys so much!! So much fun to see you all!!! Muah!!!’
However, a few days later, Frankie suffered a minor setback in his recovery after doctors removed his cast.

“It blew up like a balloon, which is apparently the intention, but I’m kind of panicking a little bit, but I’m still really excited,” the Broadway star shared on his Instagram Stories on Monday.
Frankie explained to viewers that he now has to ‘start the whole process of de-bloating all over again’, but that he ‘can’t wait’ no matter what.
The singer added that he is “so excited for the big reveal.”
Meanwhile, Frankie’s surgery comes a month after he gave Ariana a sweet birthday wish on June 26.
“Haaaaaaaaaapppy BIRTHDAY to the most beautiful, amazing, talented, and most importantly KIND sister in the entire universe,” he raved. “From the moment you came into my life, you have brought nothing but joy, love, and endless inspiration. I am beyond grateful to be your brother and to witness your journey, both as an artist and the beautiful soul that you are. But beyond that, I am just… so damn proud of you. You have done so much for me in our lives, and I could not be more grateful. You are my rock. My balance.”
Frankie wished her a year “full of all the happiness, success and love you deserve,” concluding his message with, “Keep shining your light and sharing your magic with the world. I love you beyond the moon and beyond and beyond and beyond to the ends of the universe and back!”
In 2018, the Spree star revealed that the Grammy winner and his mother helped him get sober.
“Thank you, my incredible sister. Your strength gave me the courage to ask for your help. And you were selflessly there for me when I asked, as you were for so many people during that difficult time,” Frankie wrote on X. “I love you. I can’t thank you enough. I couldn’t have done this without you. Not at all.”
A follow-up message said: ‘Thank you Mom. I couldn’t have done any of this without the love and support you’ve given me this past year and always. I love you Mom. I’m so glad you have your son back.’
And Frankie recently celebrated seven years of sobriety in June.
