Ariana Grande takes aim at critics of scandalous Ethan Slater romance in new song Yes, And? as she shows off fit physique in electrifying music video

Ariana Grande responded with her new single Yes, And? on the criticism she received about her love life last year.

The 30-year-old pop singer dropped the upbeat tune, her first since 2021, on Friday, accompanied by an exciting music video.

The lyrics appear to be aimed at the hate she received over her romance with boyfriend Ethan Slater, who she started dating shortly after her divorce from Dalton Gomez.

Repeatedly asking: ‘Yes, and?’ she encourages listeners to think about why they feel compelled to comment on her life.

“Your business is your own, and mine is mine,” the pop princess also shouts, before adding, “Why do you care so much whose dick I ride?”

In another line, she sings, “Now I’m so done caring about what you think, no, I won’t hide under your own projections or change my most authentic life.”

The subtle blow comes after Ariana came under public scrutiny in July when rumors swirled that she was dating her Wicked costar Ethan, just days after news of her split from Dalton emerged.

To further raise eyebrows, Ethan had recently ended his marriage to Lilly Jay, his high school sweetheart.

They had welcomed their first baby together in August 2022 and he filed for divorce from her in July 2023.

Many fans were surprised by the lyrics, especially given the backdrop of previous “homewrecker” accusations.

An insider close to Lilly and Ethan claimed to DailyMail.com that Ariana and Ethan’s relationship has taken a brutal toll on the new mom – who spent time with the singer several times while visiting her husband on set in London.

“Lilly was hanging out with Ethan and Ariana so much,” the insider claimed. ‘Ariana met their baby and even held him.
