Ariana Grande reveals the MAJOR plastic surgery that she’s ‘open’ to having while listing all the cosmetic procedures she’s tried

Ariana Grande has set the record straight regarding all the cosmetic procedures she’s had, and she’s open to a big one in the future.

The singer and actress, 31, joined her Wicked co-star, Cynthia Erivo, to take a lie detector test for a Vanity fair video segment, where she revealed her beauty secrets.

Grande denied having a nose job and a boob job – with the polygraph examiner confirming she was telling the truth.

When asked if she has ever had a ‘face-lift’, the star replied: ‘No, not yet. I’m open.’

The 7 Rings hitmaker did admit to getting fillers and Botox ‘in various places’, but stated she stopped doing so ‘four years ago’.

The Victorious star was also asked if she’s ever gotten a Brazilian butt lift, to which she laughed and replied, “Get out of here.”

“Yes,” she joked, to which the polygraph tester said, “She’s cheating.”

Grande added that she would never get a BBL: “That wouldn’t work for me. I don’t think that’s my thing and I’m okay with that, you know?’

Grande also shared that she didn’t get a “fox eye lift” and wasn’t even aware of the procedure until she was accused of getting it.

“I found out through people who thought so and I said thank you,” she said humorously.

Erivo also asked the star if she had a chin implant, to which Grande confusedly replied, “How do they do that?”

After sharing that she’s gotten Botox and fillers, Grande said, “That’s the extent of it,” adding that she “fully supports all the people doing these things.”

“Whatever makes women, men and gender non-conforming people feel beautiful should be allowed,” she said, asking, “Why do we care?”

She previously opened up about getting “a ton” of lip filler last September.

‘Complete transparency, as a beauty person, the way I do my lips, [I’ve] I’ve had a lot of lip filler and Botox over the years. I quit in 2018 because I felt this way… [it was] too many. I just felt like hiding, you know,” she said, getting teary-eyed, in a Vogue video.

‘I didn’t expect to get emotional. For a long time, beauty for me was about hiding it, and now I feel like that might not be the case anymore since I stopped using fillers and Botox.”

She said that despite everything, she might change her mind in the future and get fillers again.

“Maybe someday I’ll start over,” she said. ‘Don’t know. To each his own. Whatever makes you feel good, I support it.’

The star also said she wanted to embrace natural aging and her “well-deserved cry and laugh lines.”

‘[Aging] can be something so beautiful. Can I get a facelift in ten years? Maybe so, but these are just thoughts that I think we should be able to discuss. If we’re sitting here talking about beauty secrets, fuck it, let’s just put it all out there.’

In the same video, she also discussed her ever-changing beauty style over the years.

“I feel like my relationship to beauty has changed so much over the years, especially since I started so young,” she explained.

“Over the years I’ve used makeup as a disguise or as something to hide behind and more and more hair, more and more thick eyeliner… and that can be so beautiful sometimes,” she continued.

“And I still have a love and appreciation for it, but I think as I get older I don’t like the idea behind it anymore. I now look at it as self-expression and highlighting what is here.”

“Our relationships with beauty are so personal,” she added. ‘It’s like we’re talking about beauty secrets here. Isn’t the secret that everyone just wants to feel their best and be loved?’
