Ariana Grande is seen for the FIRST time since finalizing her divorce from Dalton Gomez while attending brother Frankie’s performance of The Rocky Horror Picture Show in Pennsylvania

Ariana Grande looked in great spirits Friday night as she was spotted out for the first time since reaching a $1.25 million divorce settlement with ex-husband Dalton Gomez.

The 30-year-old singer — who went on to date Ethan Slater — stepped out in New Hope, Pennsylvania to see her brother Frankie Grande perform at the Bucks County Playhouse.

The petite singer and actress was dressed in an oversized beige coat with a soft cream collar.

She covered her long blonde hair with a black baseball cap, letting a low ponytail spring out from under it.

Earlier this week, it was revealed that Grande and Gomez had finalized the details of their split after two years of marriage.

The Florida-born musician added a few inches to her petite frame in a pair of white knee-high boots.

A black tank top peeked out from under her outer layer, flashing a hint of her cleavage.

The fashionista paired the look with a khaki midi length skirt with a center slit.

The Wicked star’s face was beautifully made up with sleek, precise black eyeliner and eyelash extensions.

She had a reddish tint to her chubby pout and her dimples flashed as she smiled as she greeted fans.

Ariana showed off a long, curvy French manicure on her ringless tattooed hands.

And across her torso she wore a brown leather designer handbag, in the style of a cross.

Ariana and Dalton’s settlement, which states Ariana won’t be legally single until March 19, 2024, is said to have gone smoothly because the former couple had an ironclad prenup.

Ariana, who has an estimated net worth of $240 million, is reportedly hanging out with Slater in New York.

Meanwhile, Dalton was pictured kissing actress Maika Monroe earlier this week.

In lieu of spousal support, the real estate agent receives one check from the Grammy winner — a tax-free payment of $1,250,000.

The singer will pay an additional $25,000 in Dalton’s legal fees.

Court documents obtained from The Blast states: “The parties acknowledge that (Dalton) received thirty (30) days of free use of the family’s residence in Los Angeles… and a tax-free payment of $1,250,000 from (Ariana)… in lieu of any spousal support payments due.”

“The parties acknowledge that there will be no ongoing spousal support payable by one party to the other party in this matter.” This waiver of permanent spousal support may not be modified, regardless of any changes in the health or financial condition of the parties.’

According to reports, the couple has agreed to pay off the $6 million mortgage on their Los Angeles home.

They will then put the property on the market and split the sale 50/50.

The former Nickelodeon star filed divorce papers last month on Sept. 18 — and Dalton filed the same day.

In the documents he obtained TMZAriana’s attorney, Laura Wasser, cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the divorce, with the separation date listed as February 20, 2023.

Sources announced that everything was “worked out” between the former couple “before going to court.”

An insider explained to the outlet that the reason the exes filed the lawsuit months after the divorce was so they could “iron out the details and settle.”
