Arch Manning ran FASTER than Tyreek Hill has so far this season during unbelievable touchdown for Texas

Arch Manning scored an impressive 67-yard touchdown for Texas this past weekend. His top speed during the run is hard to believe.

Manning eluded several defenders with his eye-catching play to give the Longhorns a 28-7 lead.

And according to Reel analysisManning reached a ridiculous top speed of 20.7 mph during the sprint – which is even faster than the Miami Dolphins’ speed demon Tyreek Hill this year.

Hill ran an astonishing 20.27 mph on his 80-yard touchdown in Week 1 against the Jaguars, though that was only the ninth-fastest time of the week according to the NFL. Next Generation Statistics.

Nico Collins took first place with a touchdown of 55 yards at 21.89 mph.

Regardless of the specific statistics, Manning’s sprint was notable for the pedigree from which he came.

His uncles, Peyton Manning and Eli Manning, are both highly successful quarterbacks in the NFL, but they have historically been among the least mobile players in the league at their positions (his grandfather is also former Saints star Archie Manning).

It appears Arch has a more athletic profile than Peyton and Eli as he tries to follow in their footsteps.

Manning, a second-year quarterback for Texas, started this season as a backup behind Quinn Ewers.

But he was forced into action on Saturday when the starter pulled his abdomen – with the timetable for his return currently considered ‘week-to-week’, according to ESPN.

Manning seized his chance to impress, throwing for 223 yards and four touchdowns, in addition to his touchdown run.

And with the scion of NFL royalty likely back in the starting lineup this weekend against Louisiana-Monroe, fans could once again be treated to a display of his impressive speed.
