Applebee’s reveals eye-watering price of New Year’s Eve ball-drop tickets

Applebee’s has revealed the staggering ticket prices for its annual New Year’s Eve celebrations in New York.

Guests of the chain restaurant who want to spend at least $729 can celebrate New Year’s Eve at Applebee’s on 42nd Street in Times Square.

Fans can also score a private couples package for as much as $2,299.

Others looking to score other private or shared tables for two to six guests should spend anywhere from $779 to $999.

The 42nd Street Applebee’s is just half a block from the New Year’s Eve ball drop spot, and guests can enjoy it from the west side at midnight.

Guests will benefit from an open bar and a complimentary glass of champagne.

The event is open to visitors of all ages, but the restaurant has a capacity of 500 guests.

The eye-watering prices will rise as ticket availability decreases, according to Drop ball.

The 42nd Street Applebee’s will begin New Year’s Eve festivities at 7 p.m.

The restaurant serves an all-you-can-eat dinner buffet until 11:30 PM.

Some of the appetizers and dinner choices include Avocado and Shrimp Ceviche, Beef Empanadas, Slice Top Sirloin and Creamy Penne Pasta Primavera.

Guests can also get their meals with a salad, asparagus, mashed potatoes with garlic and herbs, or breadsticks.

Once participants have finished their dinner, they will have until 11:30 AM to choose from a varied selection of desserts.

They also have the option to order drinks from the restaurant’s open bar until midnight.

The Applebee’s party also includes a house DJ, dance floor, TVs and New Year’s Eve party supplies.

Partygoers who can’t get a ticket to the 42nd Street party can try attending another Applebee’s party just eight blocks away.

A similar party will take place at the 50th Street location near Times Square.

Both restaurants have the same dining options.

The 50th Street party will also be available to partygoers of all ages with a capacity of 500 people.

DJs will play ‘the latest hits’ during the party Drop ball.

Unlike 42nd Street, the Applebee’s on 50th Street offers general admission tickets.

The restaurant chain will release its general admission prices to hopeful visitors who contact them.

Both Applebee’s restaurants are implementing rules for visitors to follow.

Ticket purchasers may be required to submit a credit card authorization form after their order has been processed.

Visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and all visitors under the age of 21 will be served non-alcoholic drinks at the bar.

All party goers aged 21 and over will also be asked to show their passport or driver’s license when ordering alcoholic drinks.

Guests wishing to have their coats checked must pay an additional fee of $5 to $10.

Those who have purchased a table package at one of the restaurants must have the same ticket type to be able to sit together.

The restaurant noted that it will not issue refunds or credits to patrons if the street view or ball toss is unavailable.
