Antony has been criticized on social media by Manchester United fans after the club suffered an ignominious European exit on Tuesday.

United needed to beat Bayern Munich at Old Trafford to have any chance of progressing from Group A, but ultimately fell to a 1-0 defeat thanks to a second-half goal from Kingsley Coman.

Although he showed some promising performances early on, Antony struggled to impress against Bayern and received scathing criticism of his performance after the match.
